CAN A PRODUCT BE RETURNED?

We want you to be happy with your HEAVEN BY EARTH product purchases. We will gladly accept unopened returns on HeavenByEarth.com orders within 14 days from the date the product is delivered to your door. Opened products may be returned on a case by case basis depending on the reason for the return. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund your shipping charges unless the return was a result of our error.

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card used for payment. Purchases using gift certificates cannot be returned for a refund.

To return items to HeavenByEarth.com, please follow these three easy steps:

  1. Send an e-mail to WeCare@HeavenByEarth.com with your order number (if you no longer have your order number—please specify your name and address) and items to be returned. 
  2. Please wait to receive a confirmation from us via email. We will provide you with a return address along with a return code in this step.
  3. Pack and ship your return. Be sure to include your complete contact info with your return package including your name, address, phone number, email address, order number and return code obtained from step 2. HEAVEN BY EARTH is not responsible for returned articles lost during return transit.
Your return will be processed promptly upon arrival, and we will send you a confirmation by email. Processing time for returns is usually 15 business days from the time the return is received. Business Days are Monday - Friday, excluding major US holidays.

IN-STORE PURCHASE RETURNS
If you have purchased a HEAVEN BY EARTH product from a spa or other participating retailer, please return it to the location where it was originally purchased, subject to the retailer’s return/exchange policy.
